South African Woman Found Guilty Of Abducting Daughter She Raised For 17 years

A South African woman has been found guilty of kidnapping a newborn baby, raising her for 17 years until her real identity emerged through a remarkable twist of fate last year.
Zephany Nurse was abducted from a hospital in Cape Town in 1997, three days after her birth. Her parents, MornĂ© and Celeste Nurse, never gave up hope of seeing their first-born again and celebrated her birthdays without her.

For those years, Zephany grew up just a couple of miles away with a different name and a different family, never suspecting she was not their real daughter. But in January 2015, her biological sister, Cassidy Nurse, began at the same school. Soon fellow pupils noticed a startling resemblance between them.

MornĂ© Nurse then saw Cassidy and Zephany eating burgers together in McDonald’s, and, struck by the physical similarities, contacted the police. DNA tests confirmed that she was the Nurses’ long-lost daughter and Zephany was placed in the care of social services, while the woman was arrested.
The 50-year-old cannot be named in order to protect the new identity of Zephany Nurse, who requested protection from international media interest.
Celeste Nurse, 36, wept as she described in court how she woke up in the maternity ward in Groote Schuur hospital to find her baby had vanished from her cot.

Witnesses said they had seen an unknown woman in a nurse’s uniform at the hospital around the time of the kidnap, and one of them picked out the accused at an identity parade. The accused woman also sobbed in court as she told of being barred from seeing the girl after her arrest in February 2015. She said that after a miscarriage in 1996 she paid a woman who promised to find her a child to adopt, and in April 1997 was handed a baby wrapped in a blanket at a train station. She had not told her husband of her miscarriage, so presented the baby to him as their own.
Giving his verdict, Judge John Hlophe described the defendant’s account as a fairytale. “You must have been the person who removed the child from hospital,” he said. “Your story, if anything, is a fairytale and the court rejects it with the contempt it deserves.”
The accused was denied bail and ordered to return to court for sentencing on 30 May. She faces a minimum of five years in jail.

Power of Lemon

This one question keeps going around and about "Is it really possible to loose that stubborn and annoying belly fat in ten days"? i will not write this post if it doesn't work for me and few people i recommend it to. I use to weight 165lb but believe me, within few weeks of focus and dedication i am able to achieve my desired weight which is 130lb. i will be uploading some of my pictures before, during and after the journey. Honestly, with sufficient focus and dedication, you can enjoy a flatter tummy and a healthier body. These tips I am gonna give will definitely help you take inches off your waist faster than you could imagine.
1. LEMON WATER DRINK: proven greatly effective in cleansing your system, this drink can help you burn fat around your belly more effectively. Drink lemon water first thing when you wake up in the morning. There are different ways to make lemon water but i will recommend the easy method of squeezing out the juice of one lemon to a glass of luke warm water.
2. STAYING HYDRATED AND NOT DEHYDRATED: Drink at least 2.2 litres of water throughout the day to help your body burn fat.. I am not a fan of drinking a lot of water but i found a way that makes me crave water each day which is trying a flavored water infused with lemon, mint, and cucumber. Those three afore-mentioned is extremely refreshing and also effective for weight loss. slice up to 2 to 3 lemons, 1 medium cucumber, and combine it with 10 to 12 mint leaves in about 10 to 12 cups of water . stir it around, and store it in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours before drinking.
I WILL BE BACK SOON TO GIVE YOU THE REST OF THE TIPS

The mother of two who masturbated during labour - and says more women should do it too because it is the best way to relieve the pain of giving birth

'My second baby's birth was remarkably more empowering then then my first'

Angela Gallo was in the grips of labour.
Contractions surged through her body and she felt 'fragile, helpless and overwhelmed' - but in that moment, she decided to masturbate.
While many would be shocked by this, Mrs Gallo insists that 'clitoral stimulation' worked as a natural pain relief and made the transition stage of childbirth more manageable.
So convinced that all women should be doing this, the 30-year-old has written a very frank and revealing on the subject, which she has shared with FEMAIL.
While it is not uncommon for women to orgasm during childbirth, having an orgasm during labour as a non-sexual form of pain relief is a taboo topic rarely spoken about.
Mrs Gallo told Daily Mail Australia that is one of the reasons she chose to share her story.

Best form: mother-of-two Angela Gallo has spoken out about how masturbation works as a natural pain relief

'Something I'm particularly passionate about is choices in childbirth,' she said.
The birthing photographer, from Victoria's Mornington Peninsula, said women in mainstream birth cultures were limited with their pain relief options - with an epidural, gas or nothing at all being the main choices.
Mrs Gallo described her first birth as 'highly medicalised' and she underwent an epidural that left her feeling out of control of her body.
In her second labour, through masturbation she was able to have a birth free of medical interventions. It lasted for six hours as compared to her first labor which went for 45 hours.

Body of missing ski instructor found buried under FIVE feet of snow six weeks after he went missing at a California resort

The body of a missing ski instructor was found buried under five feet of snow, six weeks after he went missing from a California resort.
Rescue teams found the body of 23-year-old Carson May near the place where his cell phone last pinged on January 15 near the backside of a mountain at the Sugar Bowl Ski Resort.
When May first went missing telephone crews were able to trace the signal of his phone but rescue workers were unable to find him after searching the area for four days.

Crews from the Tahoe Nordic Search and Rescue team and the El Dorado County Search and Rescue dog teams found May's body on Monday while training near their original search area.
The Placer County Sheriff's office posted on Facebook: 'Our condolences to the May family and our thanks go to all of the dozens of searchers who continued to search for Carson.'
May, who was the son of bronze winning Paralympian and record breaking blind skier Mike May, was reported missing by friends on January 15 who said he never returned home.

Here comes the super fly! Scientists create insects capable of turning and dodging faster in the air

From their uncanny ability to evade being swatted, you could be forgiven for thinking fruit flies are masters of aerial performance.
New research, however, has revealed the insects have actually evolved wings that are far from the best shape for agility in the air.
Scientists have created fruit flies with a range of wing shapes and found those with the altered wings were much more manoeuvrable than those that occur naturally.
High speed cameras, the researchers were able to track the flies and reconstruct their flights in a computer simulator.
The researchers say the insects with the better agility in the air would be better at out manoeuvring predators like dragonflies.
But they also found the new wings had a draw back – they were much less efficient, causing the flies with them to burn far more energy than those with wing shapes found in the wild.
